This website is operated by and on behalf of Bankies Private Cannabis Club, a closed private association of adults exercising their constitutional rights in relation to cannabis, as affirmed by the Constitutional Court of South Africa in Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development v Prince and Others [2018] ZACC 30, and formalised through the Cannabis for Private Purposes Act, Act No. 7 of 2024.
This website and all of its contents are intended exclusively for registered Bankies members and prospective adult members seeking information about membership. It is not a public-facing commercial platform and does not constitute advertising of cannabis products to the general public.

Bankies does not sell cannabis. The club operates strictly as a non-profit private association. Any membership fees collected are used exclusively to cover genuine operational costs including cultivation, premises, utilities, and compliance. No financial benefit is derived from the distribution of cannabis by the club or any of its members.
Any member found to be dealing or selling cannabis — within or outside of the club — will have their membership revoked immediately and may be reported to the South African Police Service.
